Recruiting Metrics
Agenda
In the decades since Jac Fitz-enz published How to Measure Human Resources Management (1984), executives increasingly acknowledge the link between HR initiatives and financial achievements and organizational strength. This awareness places human resource and recruiting professionals at center stage with a mandate to deliver bottom-line performance. HR and recruitment practitioners can help corporate managers better capitalize on the much-stated belief that employees are corporate assets worthy of investment and are not just expenses.
The Capital Region Recruiters’ Network invites you to this information-packed session which includes: how profit-center executives view staff functions and tips to break the paradigm; a definition of the four perspectives of the balanced score card; how to determine which talent management activities to measure for your organization; a recruiters ROI model; standard formulas for measuring recruitment transactions and some of the basics in determining whether and how to use external benchmarking data. The presentation focuses on helping you select areas that offer the greatest opportunity for cost savings and effective improvements -- both in the recruiting budget and in overall company costs affected by recruitment practices. Handouts include an extensive appendix of measurement formulas.
